We work hard to ensure that you will be completely satisfied with your purchases from Quilters’ Den. If our products do not meet or exceed the descriptions on our website, please contact us immediately. We want to provide the same personalized service on the web as we do in our store.
We have a 30 day return policy on kits, quilts, giftware, and quilting supplies that are returned to us in good condition. (Odours such as smoke will render the item non-refundable.) Books, patterns, fabric, and sale merchandise are non-refundable. There is no refund on shipping charges.
We ship all our packages with Canada Post. Please request any alternate arrangements in the comments section of your order. We will inform you of any additional shipping costs by return email. The purchaser is responsible for any customs fees that may be charged.
