Here at Quilters’ Den we make sure our technician is fully trained to clean, tune-up and repair any machine and to resolve any warranty issues right in our shop. We expect you to use your machine for years to come and will help you keep it in good running order.

New machines require learning some new knowledge and skills to bring out the full potential built in to each one. Our staff know the machines we sell and can answer your questions, demonstrate techniques, and help you get the most from your new machine. We also offer classes so you can learn new skills with other creative stitchers. Yes, the learning curve can be fun!
