Shipping Policy

Quilters Den is committed to protecting your privacy and any information you share with us.

We keep all customer information confidential and do not share or sell any information with any outside parties.


At Quilters’ Den, we provide excellent customer service, all orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, once payment has been received. We do process orders on the weekend but these orders will not ship until the next business day. We will email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping within Canada:

All orders shipping to a Canadian address will be shipped via Canada Post. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days for most addresses. If your order is more than $75.00 before taxes and after discounts, shipping and handling charges are free! If you order is less than $75.00 before taxes and after discounts, a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $15.00 will be charged.

*In unforseen events from Canada Post Strike, our flat rate shipping will increase and all packages will be shipped using Purolator or FedEx.*

Lost Parcels:

Quilters Den does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels, we will not reimburse you for any lost or stolen parcels. We will gladly help with any information that we have in regards to your parcel.


We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. We have a 14-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. The customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping. Sale items may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded.

However, if we have made an error with your order, we will gladly pay for the cost of return shipping. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we may correct the problem for you in a timely manner.
